During Ramadan, our clinic operates Saturday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and Friday from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Individual doctor timings may vary during Ramadan — please check the schedule on each doctor's card above for their specific Ramadan availability. Most specialists are available from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM.

Yes! You can modify or cancel your appointment by clicking the "Modify" button on your doctor's card, which connects you directly to our team via WhatsApp. We recommend notifying us at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to reschedule.

We welcome both walk-in and pre-booked patients. However, booking an appointment in advance is recommended to reduce your waiting time and ensure your preferred doctor is available. Walk-in availability depends on the doctor's schedule for the day.
